Flux Fire Protection are proud to have worked with Overbury plc, providing passive fire protection services to their new Home Group HQ development in Newcastle, providing facilities to charities.
The offices will provide vital space for 700 of Home Group’s 3200 staff. Home Group has recently announced it has agreed a deal for Connected Voice, which aims to support voluntary and charity groups located in Newcastle and Gateshead, to take up tenancy in the building.
Fire stopping services:
– Fire & smoke seals to all service penetrations through fire compartmentation walls, ceilings and floors
– Installation of putty pads into sockets and electrical outlets to ensure a compliant fire rated seal
– Head of wall seals with fire rated batt & mastic to ensure a compliant fire compartmentation
