Passive Fire Protection Birmingham

Flux Fire Protection provides passive fire protection for any project requirements both in and around Birmingham. We work equally across live construction projects once the initial drylining and first fix mechanical and electrical installations are complete, or whether you need help with existing properties undergoing maintenance and improvement works. Adequate protection against fire is a number one priority and Flux Fire Protection are the experts in this field.

There are UK building regulations in place specifically to ensure that fire compartmentation within a property is both properly maintained and not compromised in any way, through things like service penetration. We make it a priority to work with all of our clients to ensure that their works are compliant with UK building regulations so that there are no issues after the building works are complete.

In order to provide a superior service to our clients, we have an in-house team of dedicated, highly trained, skilled and experienced staff who can advise you on the best course of action both before, during and after your project is underway. Our head offices are located close to the M62 corridor, making site access straightforward and ensuring that every customer receives a premium service from Flux Fire Protection.

Fire Stopping Birmingham

For your protection, our construction process is fully integrated, recorded and audited through all stages of the process, from the initial enquiry to the site fire compartmentation surveys and all the way through to completion and handover, as advised by the UK building regulations. For further peace of mind we are also supported with third party independent accreditation from the International Fire Consultants (IFC). To further enforce our commitment to full compliance and implementation of industry best practice techniques, we have invested in industry leading quality assurance software Bolster Systems.

This allows us to completely integrate our quality control procedures throughout our entire operation. Each of our projects are imported onto the Bolster system from the initial site surveys along with the fire compartmentation drawings for each floor. Once works have commenced on site each seal is geo-tagged on the drawings, provided an individual seal ID and labelled in situ. These individual unique reference numbers can be identified on the Bolster system which records pre-installation photos, post installation photos and records the seal fire integrity rating.
