Tangible Results & Impact

Capitalising on the relationship and brand awareness across Leeds United Football Club and the region of Leeds as a whole, Flux Fire Protection were awarded a large firestopping contract at the iconic Queens Hotel Leeds, which dominates the City Centre and is home to Leeds Central Train Station.

On this project, Flux Fire Protection were engaged to carry out a fire compartmentation survey at the property to understand the property’s fire compartment plan, and identify any breaches in compartment walls and floors that may have compromised the fire integrity of the property.

As a result of our survey, we were subsequently quoted and instructed on all necessary remedial works, ensuring the safety and compliance of the building going forward, protecting the lives of occupants and this prominent building for its future.
